- participating in the development of the personnel policy and personnel strategy of the institution;
- supervising the recruitment process of the institution with workers and experts of the required professions, specialties and qualifications in accordance with the goals, strategy and profile of the institution;
- organizing timely registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the labor legislation, the acts of the head of the institution,
- personnel assessment, issuing certificates on the present and past labor activities of employees, storage and filling out of labor books and other documents of employees, HR record management, preparing materials for staff rewarding;
- supervising the labor discipline in the institution and compliance with labor regulations, analyzing the reasons for staff turnover, developing measures to reduce staff turnover, loss of working time, and supervising their compliance.
